He saw my post criticizing how he keeps altering his show's format and spending too much time talking in circles. He said he disagreed but wanted to hear me explain further. So I told him that he often spends 30-40 minutes talking about something when he could summarize it in 15 minutes. His points are often brilliant but he beats the dead horse. I also said to bring in Steve Kim and TJ Moe 15-20 minutes into the show and not sporadically at different times like he does.
