I know not to believe anything on the internet, but I doubt he gets charged. If you care and have some time, check out this site. It has posts tracking the girl's twitter, testimonies for her soriority sisters, etc. A lot of it is probably bullshit, but it was somewhat interesting and entertaining. The girl was a proud cleat chaser who was always popping off about how much she loved black guys. I know that doesn't mean she couldn't have been raped, but it does seem a little fishy.

I could have told you right as the story first dropped the girl was full of shit.

If they can prove it was a false claim she should be charged as if a rapist would. This blow the whistle stuff to get famous or money needs to stop.

It is if we're trying to figure out *who* raped her.

There's still a ways to go before it's demonstrated that there actually was a rape though. It's not like they were in the Autzen parking lot.

What I've gathered from a little web research is three guys were running a train on her, which was fine with her, and when the fourth guy went to join she wasn't cool with it. The guys have pictures of her showing that she craves it, and her toxicology was negative.

This could all be internet BS, but I doubt it is.
