It's a combination of lazy and Jimmy doesn't know what he's doing.

He really needs a couple veteran recruiters onboard to teach the other coaches.

So we are to the point when we stop going hard for talent because they are leaning toward a school his name is not on paper. I can’t accept that level of recruiting. That’s the difference between us and Oregon. That’s pittiful
