Just got access to the Folsom vs Grant game this Friday. Stay tuned for some inside footage on Jake Browning. Finally getting up in the Northern California area. The more I see film on the kid the more I like him. His football IQ is off the charts. Quick release but i what I really like about him is his accuracy and his ability to hit his second and third receiver. Can wait to see him up-close.
 
Donald, I might be heading back home to Sac for this game, can't imagine a better game being played in the country this week.

I was able to check out Browning last week and would love to hear your thoughts, because i'm far from an expert. The Grant teams I played against were absolutely loaded with talent, i'm sure nothing has changed, and Folsom is an absolute machine right now.

Word on the street the 'storm of the decade' is heading to Nor Cal, so im curious to see the impact that will have.
 
Yea, I just heard about that as well. Hopefully it wont impact us from making the trip as well. Your analysis of him was on point and well said. Be safe
 
Is this game going to be on tv? Didn't see it on the guide on fox sports west which is where most Cali hs games have been on.
 
no high school football listed on any of the DirecTV channels for Friday night... Bleenor has Dish though so maybe a real football insider like him knows.

It's on comcast sportsnet at 730 in California. Not sure about you guys.

I found it on Dish 412-01 on comcast sports net but it says " program not available in your area". I can watch and record this channel other times but not this game. Any other DISH people having this issue?

I mean, I am nuts, and everybody knows it- but 82% chance Miley doesn't start all next season.
 
Note to Donald and Chuck: the references to Jake Browning not liking to compete come from Dawgman.com, who apparently said some negative things about him after he failed to attend some camp they were covering. Hence the sarcasm from our posters.
 
Jake didn't throw a ton of TDs last night but it was a cold night and they were playing in the Norcal championship against a really good Grant team so the level of competition was high and Jake was totally in command of the offense the entire night. Had a couple picks, but overall I was impressed. His receivers have great hands too (didn't notice the hips).
