Jacob Bandes, 4* 2019 DT, Pittsburg (HS), CA (COMMITTED)

After reading the latest 247 piece on this kid I honestly think it might be between us and Illinois... Why does this keep happening???

Calvin Avery is one of the best DTs I've ever seen. I'm not sure I'd put Bandes quite[/i] in the same category, but he's up there.

Doesn't matter. Illinois is national recruiting powerhouse.

I don't think we have EVER beat them for a recruit
 
Our DL pipeline is so good that I am not worried one bit we won’t end up with a monster class. Especially with Malloes recent enrollment into the Thick Dick Academy.

Fuck this would be amazing. I've loved him from the beginning.

This class might not be quite what it was last year, but our DL and safety classes are going to be ridiculous. OL and LB (not buck, don't twist) looking pretty good too.

DL and OL nothing else matters.
 
I want Ika and Bandes. I would take Bandes over Tuitele. Tuitele has better natural size, but Bandes is a better player at this point.

All 3 are good. Ika will be an immovable force at nose.

Bandes makes plays, has great film, and ha she dominated the camps.

Tuitele has everyone after him, but I was not blown away by his film like I was with Ika and Bandes. I think I remember DDY or someone saying he was injured. He's still obviously a big time prospect.

Add in Wright and Jackson. It's going to be a monster DL class.

Tuitele's Sophomore film is much better than his Junior film, if he gets back to that as a Senior he's #1 for me.
