Yep, looks like it. Not gonna bother spending a few minutes on who the chick is, beyond her description being “Purdue University Alumna” she deserves some privacy and the combination of Purdue and use of alumna lends her credibility. Depends if he's smoking, shooting, and if he's shooting, mainlining. Keith Richards never hit the veins, he just popped the skin so he wouldn't get addicted to the rush. For instance.

Anyway if he's hooked at 18 or 19 that's bad, you're probably looking at a 10 year process, multiple stints in rehab, etc. Combine that with no degree or developed career path to fall back on...
