The problem with that is a team will never be good pretty much exclusively depending on true freshmen. These shitty recruiting classes definitely will be a set back for a new coach. That said, it’s only really been this year. If you added McCoy and Steele to last year’s class, it’s a highly ranked one.

Any new coach that brings excitement will have a huge first class at USC. Even a bad coach.
