Smith should also be forced to refund his salary to the taxpayers as he was unlawfully appointed by the corrupt Merrick Garland. Hired solely in an effort to legally harass Trump and raid his home looking for anything which they could use to prosecute him.
A disgraceful period for the judicial system must stop on J20 with every US Attorney in each district fired and cases reassessed based on importance, not partisan lawfare.
