According to Steve Sund, the executive branch does not control security for a legislative building or control the Capitol Police. Trump ignoring Capitol security and sending in the national guard prior to Pelosi finally asking during the riot (while guided tours of the Capitol building were force “rioters”) without approval was probably what you assholes who planned the entire day wanted. Authoritarianism!

The former chief of U.S. Capitol Police says security officials at the House and Senate rebuffed his early requests to call in the National Guard ahead of a demonstration in support of President Trump that turned into a deadly attack on Congress.
Former chief Steven Sund -- who resigned his post last week after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called for him to step down -- made the assertions in an interview with The Washington Post published Sunday.
Sund contradicts claims made by officials after Wednesday's assault on Capitol Hill. Sund's superiors said previously that the National Guard and other additional security support could have been provided, but no one at the Capitol requested.

She has oversight in the legislative sense, not operational command. She doesn’t say she stopped the Guard, not even in your video. She was referring to her role as Speaker in overseeing the Housw side of Capitol security, not to controlling the NG.
Sund had already testified before Congress in February of 2021, so just like everything else you post, you’re wrong.

She blames him because of his actions leading up to the attack (months of lying about stolen elections, pressuring state officials and Congress to reject or overturn certified results, etc) and his conduct during it ( sitting around for 3 fucking hours doing nothing while his idiots beat the shit out of cops).
