A coaching staff that disrespects his offensive line and running backs by repeatedly refusing to run the ball via a power play at the two yard line on third and 4th down with the game on the line does not deserve to receive the respect of the team in the locker room or the fans or the media.

I've never seen Willams run a full series. This dipshit staff is too busy running players in and out (including QB's) and fucking up snap counts to ever get a rhythm. Even when they get the snap count right there's a offensive flag.
 
Rogers isn't the problem other than his fumbled snaps. It the general sloppiness of the team and stupid play-calling at times.
 
Seems to me that the offense moves the ball just fine between the 20's. The failure to score points is on the coaches.

Playing a true frosh QB on a team this transient in year 1 of a complete rebuild is not the move. You run the risk of fucking him up, ala Huard in the Apple Cup in 2021.
Give him some series late in games, go into 2025 with the expectation he is the guy, bring in a transfer to compete in practice if you're really NFL lite, and win 10 games in 2025.
Demond is not going to get better starting every game this season. He has already turned the ball over once against bad teams. Rogers despite his retarded snap problems hasn't yet.

10 games in 2025 seems like a real stretch to me, but I guess you never know with the wild swings year to year now
