As always, most coaches fail. We've been particularly snake bitten by the "turn the coordinator into a first time coach" approach. You cunts have had a bit more success in that arena.
Lanning is probably the best option given that every other worthy target was already off the market by the time Miami cucked you all. But it's still obviously underwhelming. On paper it's no better than us hiring Sark, sans actual west coast connections.
