I dealt with Mario a lot when he was at Oregon. First thing to know is he is incredibly bright. He learned a lot at Oregon and fought some demons. He's a bright, articulate, charming, engaging guy who is also competitive as hell. He's appeared to put his demons behind him.

You're going to love Cristobal. It will be interesting to see who he fills his staff with. Knowing the competitive nature of Mario, I'm sure he negotiated a large assistant salary pool. If he gets Tosh Lupoi on staff, watch out. Tosh is one of the best recruiters I've ever dealt with. He's currently with Atlanta.

He's an outstanding recruiting and phenomenal working with OL. He trusts his guys and has an edge. Guys love playing for him.

Miami didn't hit a home run with Mario. They hit a grand slam.

It's funny: what he said is what I say any tim I have to speak with someone who is speaks it better than I do, which is the truth: I live up here in this God forsaken wilderness and have few opportunities/needs to speak Spanish. So when I do, I have to apologize in advance if I lose a word here and there. That's literally what I say.

I believe so. There is a small % of Cubans who, when they go here, discouraged their kids from speaking it because assimilation. They were the dumb ones. So not everybody in my age range necessarily has a good facility with it. We? all understand it to vary extents; but we? don't all speak it fluently.

My boyfriend does, so there's that.

And fuck you @oregonblitzkrieg if you don't like our filthy Pig Latin. We? speaky Spanny as much as we want.

Traté mucho con Mario cuando estaba en Oregon. Lo primero que debe saber es que es increíblemente brillante. Aprendió mucho en Oregon y luchó contra algunos demonios. Es un tipo brillante, elocuente, encantador y atractivo que también es tremendamente competitivo. Parece haber dejado atrás a sus demonios.

Vas a amar a Cristóbal. Será interesante ver con quién llena su personal. Conociendo la naturaleza competitiva de Mario, estoy seguro de que negoció un gran sueldo de asistente. Si consigue a Tosh Lupoi en el personal, cuidado. Tosh es uno de los mejores reclutadores con los que he tratado. Actualmente está con Atlanta.

Es un reclutador sobresaliente y un trabajo fenomenal con OL. Confía en sus muchachos y tiene una ventaja. A los chicos les encanta jugar para él.
