Nothing says "ART" like public funded modern art. Like many blue states and cities, Oregon requires 1% be set aside from public owned construction so monuments can be built for future generations to enjoy.
Butt holes and rusted crumbling building. Modern art.
Paid for by your tax dollars and approved by a commission of communist democrats. Same people who run our public schools. Very modern indeed.
