Urb and his wife are considered 'mandatory reporters' (his wife is a nurse) and legally because he works in a school he must report any suspicion or information about abuse etc etc. That's what got Jo Pa back in the day.

This is what I was wondering more so than his contract is that he's a state employee and if they have mandatory reporting. Pretty fucked I would think if this is the case and they knew about it for years.

I'm not too sure. For everything I have read, he wasn't involved with any reports, which is illegal because he definitely heard/knew about it.

Urban was too loyal to the coach because he was Earl Bruce's grandson. Bruce was a mentor to Urbs.

I would love Ohio State to keep him and just let this die down. He fucked up, but I'm not into crucifying people because society tells us to.

I was in a bar in Arlington Virginia watching that game and was mercilessly ragged on by ten OSU fans as we? got raped in the Shoe. I'm pretty sure every bar in America has at least ten Buckeye fans every Saturday shitting on anything and anyone that gets in their way. Fuck those guys. Burn it down.
 
I watched that game with Dino Philyaws brother or cousin or something. We gravitated to each other because we were the only guys repping Pac schools in the joint and I'm gay and he was black. Random and I know, cool story bro.
