Given that the BIG12 has dominated the matchup by winning like 70% of the Alamo Bowls, the home field advantage seems powerful… the other operating assumption appears to be the large average star ranking advantage for the Texas players vs the UW pedigree.. are these the two factors responsible for the UT -5 betting odds?

Or is it that UW has fallen out the back door and wound up hugging the dumpster in the alley as a result of coaching changes and poor recent recruiting?
