It doesn't work so we need to do it more

I love the subtle jab from our overlords.

It's because you saw your family on Thanksgiving that this is happening.

They want to run this through Nov. 2022 to make sure all of the mail in cheating from 2020 can be replicated.

I’m starting to think this policy hasn’t been handled in a consistent manner.

The lobotomized centrist might be figuring it out, stay tuned!

I’ve been there and it’s real and spectacular. Not a mask in sight.

THIS is Texas, fren.

Some acquaintances of mine are moving to Texas. Dragging all of their toys down there. They were saying that they would have to pay 6.5% sales tax on the valuation of all of their owned vehicles and toys before registering them.

The real kicker for me is that they’re buying a house in some dirt water town I’ve never heard of 150 miles East of Dallas for about 2/3 of what my house is assessed at but will pay about a 1/3 MORE in property taxes.

Fuck Texas.

Texas:
No state Income tax;
Very high property taxes

I laugh when people complain about Texas property taxes. Seen what they are in King County these days? You can buy the same house for half the money as in WA. Take the equity and put it to work and you're earning far more than the couple thousand extra you pay in property taxes each year.
