Disagree UW BB has a national championship ceiling. For fucks sake Loyola made the final four and Butler went to the natty 2 years in a fucking row. UW BB is in a hotbed of talent, they should be fucking good every year. Just no alum really give a shit about BB.

Or put another way the past twenty years have been overall the greatest period for UW hoops and worst period fir UW FB.

In that team the FB program made one Final 4 and finished 3rd another time.

In that time the hoops team has not done better than the top 16.

True. Although the instate basketball talent is significantly better than football, theoretically we should be an elite team. It's so weird how national bball recruiting has become, where kids are from is almost irrelevant.

Looking at 247's Basketball Crystal Ball 'experts', there are only two guys who are super reliable. Daniels is 58/60 and has Stewart as foggy, Snow is 68/70 and has Stewart to UW. So that's actually like really promising

I would feel better changing Natty to final four. I think he gets us into that handful of teams that have a shot, but if someone put a gun to my head I can't imagine a world where UW wins a basketball Natty.

Edit: At least in the next 10 years.

We’re losing 4 it looks like and we will see what happens with Timmins as we get more bigs. What will our class look like if we get Stewart ?
