Speaking of societal decline. Just saw an overweight unattractive woman walking her overweight dog while wearing a mask below her chin while smoking a cig. Odds of her being a republican woman are slim and none, and slim has left the building. Definitely voting for daddy's dem party to take care of her. Geezus.
 
Why won’t the city fine these people for littering on public property? Do we only enforce laws based on who can pay fines and who can’t? Is that the system moving forward?

If so we effectively live in a system of lawlessness based upon socioeconomic status. Thanks to Progressives.

Learned that lesson when I lived in LA. The stopped issuing street sweeping tickets in the hood because the return wasn't that great. They doubled the number of ticket writers on the Westside because they knew the people living their were more likely to pay them.

Fine them for what, they have no money, so it's a waste of time... sadly that's the reality and why it's a mess... we need to find a spot to put them in and they are free to move around, but if you bug the public, you get taken back.
