Well we have a governor with emergency powers, so whether it’s a law hardly matters.

I looked into this law a couple month back.

The problem is that law allows the health officer to deputize himself and make arbitrary decisions -including but not limited to detainment and compelling treatment.

That the Board of Health is considering implementing this on a broad scale is new news.

There aren’t a ton of things I would barricade and arm against but I’m thinking if They come to my door to drag me off to a camp I might have to think about it.

I already have plenty of guns thanks. I was just saying I’m not planning on using them against cops. But this would change my mind.
