Oh so in the 90s it was goth kids, then in the 2000s it was emo kids, now they’ve just gone on to another dumb fad. But this time they get a moral and political high from it

of course when the losers figured out something that would give them social power they went all in on it. Wokeness, trans bullshit, it’s all just a bunch of fucking weak losers trying to impose upon everyone else now that they’ve found a way

but it only got this far because they convinced the average person and the people in power that there was something to be gained from it. Whether that was diversity being a strength, new markets for your products, shielded from criticism, etc.
None of it panned out so it’s back to business as usual.

This is probably the second most liberal place (over 10,000 people) in the state after Flagstaff. It's not a West Coast city, but there are plenty of woke viva la raza types. Avoiding them is ideal, but I run across a few at work.
