Petersen and unironically Sark left the program significantly better than how they found it.

Willingham was the worst coach of all time but left the program in a better state than Neu OR Debore.

No coach has done more damage to the UW football program than Debore

Only James reached a higher plateau than Debore

Beating Purdue in that Rose Bowl was not unlike beating Colorado in Santa Clara. Neuheisel caught very familiar lightning in a bottle with the previous regime's players, a legendary QB, a ton of close games, and then it all went to shit. Then he went to UCLA and proceeded to somehow be even worse. Petersen vs Neu isn't an argument even worth having.
