Is Del Rio USC's version of Mora?

I actually think Del Rio could be a good fit at USC. He has done a good job as a DC in Denver plus at Jacksonville he had his moments.

I think we all should learn not to judge an NFL record regarding if he can do well in college.

We've already seen that Haden has infinite more courage than Emmert.

Hell yes... pulled him aside just after the flight landed, and let go.

Dayum.

Why can't somebody with balls be in charge at the UW?

No. It's obvious to anyone with half brain that Mora is a good coach and Del Rio is not.

Don't know how you came to that conclusion. Del Rio had as much success as Mora in the NFL, although I agree with More Time, it's not really relevant to how coaches do in the NFL.

Del Rio never won the division in 9 years at JAX. Mora won the division in his first season.

Del Rio might be good in college. He does fit the Carroll/Mora profile fairly well.

I like Del Rio.

Jacksonville is a tough place to do well. Making the playoffs and being mediocre is solid. I would not want him taking over Los Angeles' NFL team.

He won 12 and 11 games with Byron Leftwich starting.

I actually think Del Rio would be quite successful at USC and if he really is the guy USC wants they won't fuck it up like UW did with Mora.

I wonder if Chris Peterson finally considers leaving Boise and takes a shot at USC?

Del Rio would be a good fit, he wouldn't be carroll, but I think he'd be somewhat close. Good for a at least a few rose bowls and possibly a national title
