I swear the people under 40 are lost. It's the generation of cucks pushing strollers and boss bitch cunts who post about work on social media, don't want to be traditional at all, and think wine and pets are a replacement for a nuclear family.

I realize that this isn’t real but when dems talk about winning men back they need to realize that this is most people’s mental image of a dem voting man
I can barely get people under 35 to show up for work 5 days a week. I don’t know what happened to this generation, but they are lazy.
When I was that age I was building a career. “Back in my day…” but it’s true.
The youngsters are ridiculously tech savvy and can get a butt load done. But the hell if they will listen to the voice of 40 years of experience. Which is probably fine for creative/tech positions but I need the fucking debits to equal the credits.
For grind it out jobs, give me a 50+ year old every tim. They've had shitty bosses so they know the Throbber is like the GOAT to work for. Just do your job, if you've got a problem, call. Otherwise, leave me alone and I'll leave you alone. Don't care how long it takes, don't care if you bail at 3PM on Fridays -just get the work done.
Recently had two finalists for a job. Kid who was a'ight - maybe early 30s. Gal who was 60'ish and sounds like Roz from Monsters Inc.
Hired Roz. She's killing it.
