Inflation update

What this administration is doing when they consistently lie to the American people about the economy, is criminal. I can't remember ever seeing such a consistently dishonest administration.

See lots of these new home 20 house developments popping up near my house. They start at $2.2m, but are really $2.5m if you want what’s in the model. And they are like 6 feet away from the next house. No thanks on that.

Buy an older home and rebuild to your desires
Makes economic and Dawg sense

Have you considered CDA?

affordable.

I've considered many places, including there. Money isn't the issue, it's getting the wife on board.
It's just weird to me that someone would want to live in the suburbs, and pay a lot for their house just to live on top of each other. I just can't imagine these new build prices rising to same degree as the older developments that have 30k+ square foot lots over the long term.

The new development has 30 more years of regulation driving up cost thus making it necessary to build on top of each other
Thank a leftist

But Joe will give you 400 bucks a month to afford it

Agree. More space = greater value = higher price.

For example, Clyde Hill has 20,000 sqft lot minimums. Medina has 16,000 sqft lot minimums. CH lots are over $3m. Medina are under $2m To be fair, CH does largely have view lots, but I can show you one under contract right now > $3 with no view whatsoever.

People tear down 20 year old homes in Beverley Hills after paying 5 to 10 million for the dirt so they can build a bigger and newer house
Value is always in the land. Which is why leftists like Obama and Biden are after the burbs now to increase density and make room for our illegals

My wife didn't want to leave Kali. I told her I'd get her a brand new chrome plated shopping cart if she wants to stay! I have 10 acres. Couldn't imagine living here with someone right next door. Lot's of that here too now…
