The left lies. The leadership is essentially fraudulent in the spending of our tax payer dollars. Idiots like Ern tried to blame the Reps for the border because they didn't go along with a further spending bill that had well over half going to Ukraine and Israel along with a bunch of other hidden pork. The report absolutely concluded improper vetting. That certainly raises the prospect of it having gone to the wrong people. That is definitely incompetence.
But, the report, which is not long and is linked in the original poast (you have to go to the instapundit site), concluded nothing about where the money went.
What is it about ideologues? They simply can't resist overplaying a hand.

I was told last week that just because someone asks (submits an application) doesn't mean they get the money. Thanks goodness we have all this vetting ensuring the proper utilization of the funds extracted from us.
