20 years ago Jose was picking our lettuce. Today, we have millions of Joses who are on Section 8 housing, food stamps, medicaid, obamaphones, EITC, and "free" public education. I'm not opposed to taxes going up if it is to solve a problem. Unlike you, I'm opposed to taxes going up if it makes a problem worse. Subsidizing sloth isn't a solution.

It used to be Contractors hired illegals to save money. Now they actually pay illegals the going rate, because they can’t find enough willing able bodied white Boys and Girls to do the job.

Inflation doesn't effect the rich as much when the stalk market and investments are doing well. Also, if you make $350,000 a year, an extra $10 at the weekly Whore Foods journey isn't going to hurt as much as the chump who makes 60k. They manipulate it for their benefit. They were also fine with the largest transfer of wealth in human history 2-4 years ago because cases! the curve! stay at home, stay alive! mask it or casket!! Your mask helps me, and my mask helps you!!

It effects the working and middle classes every day. I'm guessing most on here fall into the middle class category. I do.
