Living here I highly doubt 1600 illegals make a difference. Would be shocked if the state doesnt go Kamala by a pretty decent margin.
 
Still, I remember when TugCons wanted the law interpreted, not written by judges.
Hindering the voting of citizens because they appear on lists of suspected noncitizens to cure a nonexistent problem is not done out of a concern for election security.

Your own article says your full of shit. The 90 days law does not pertain to illegal immigrants illegally registering to vote illegally. What other crimes should have a 90 day rule? Murder,rape, sexual assault of children etc etc etc? HTH

Yes, if you assume the truth of the very thing you are required to prove, you will always get a tautological victory.
Every other judge who looked at this understood that a systematic purge like this has to be completed 90 days prior to a federal election, just as the law explicitly provides. Now you like judicial activism. Very principled.
 
So you are you saying that they can shove illegals onto voter rules on day 91 and if they don’t catch it in one day there is nothing that can be done to rectify already illegal behavior?

First, laws are made by Congress, so take it up with Congress.
Second, if you have a list of alleged noncitizens who are registered, then prosecute them.
Third, you'll also know for a fact whether a ballot was cast in the name of any of these alleged "noncitizens", allowing for the election to be challenged and for the guilty (if any) to be prosecuted.
Fourth, even Virginia isn't suggesting that your hypothetical is what took place, and you know it didn't because a government effort like this isn't launched within 24 hours.
 
I prefer to just not allow them to commit the crime of voting when they aren’t allowed to. Seems like entrapment to give them a ballot and wait for them to vote it before prosecuting.

And you are for state entrapment and lack of internal controls. We all know that once the ballots get commingled for tabulation there is no unmingling that will happen.

Illegal voting is prosecuted in every State in the Union. Evidence is easily gathered. But the crime itself exceedingly rare; disenfranchising legitimate voters through voter roll purges is many times more common and more likely.
 
Only Trump can win, and if he doesn't, it must be cheating. Repeat it enough times and post enough random names and addresses to make it sound "shocking" and "fraudulent" and everyone will believe it. This has been Trump's entire agenda from day 1. There is no way the right will accept the left winning. It doesn't matter if she wins by 100 votes or 10 million. 5 electoral votes or 50. Wouldn't matter if this was the most free, fair election and there would be a 100% fraud-free guarantee (of which, as already stated, voter fraud is extremely rare no matter what BilboMAGA69 says on Twitter, there are a million legitimate studies on it and it is easy to look up.
