Lost a close family member today. A bunch of Cuban boomer family members … @RaceBannon … circled the wagons with me.
These motherfuckers make the tea party conservatives look like communists. My favorite hat of the day read: “Guns. Freedom. You keep the Change.” Not sure what that means but I fucking like it so he gave me his hat. I’m fucking wearing that shit in Seattle. IDGAF maybe on the plane home.
I’ll tell ya. The men who were men when I was a kid are fucking patriots. I seriously don’t believe there is a sub-group in this entire country that loves the US more than the aging Cuban pop in So Fla. Dead serious about that. These guys make the John Birch Society dudes look like dirty hippies.

I didn’t think so. That’s not your style for something like this.
But no: Seminole. Played baseball there back in the day. My Canes affection was always a source of annoyance. They rooted for Washington! when they played.
