I'm just glad that when WSDOT fucked me over...

There's a thread actually glorifying taverns and dives bars but it's closed off to well-known posters

My MO when I still lived in NE Seattle, was to park in Wallingford as close to I-5 as possible and walk 15 mins down the Burke. Free and easy and got my steps in!!
Yella gave me this advice when I went to the 2023 Utah game. Worked like a charm. Even ran into a UWPD buddy who gave me a ride so I could meet with up with @WoolleyDoog & @Joey at the tailgate.

Family tradition for decades was to park at Ivar's Salmon House and walk from there. Usually grab some food before and sometimes after from the window. There's a smell about that area that will always stick with me. Did it a few times when the bus broke down last season and it still worked if you're willing to walk. It's tougher for sellout type games though.

My brother lived on NE 69th

My mom and I would park there and walk through Ravenna Park and catch the Burke Gilman

On a crisp fall day

Crisp fall day in Husky Stadium is absolutely undefeated. Don't know what exactly it was but there was also a smell with the old Husky Stadium that is gone that makes me a bit gay and misty.

I lived within probably a mile and a half from HS in the 2000s during the fatso and Willingham days (is that mean? Billy DGAF). I remember walking home on a nice, 70 degree September day after Notre Dumb destroyed an unprepared Tytanic sqaud. CS, Bill. The trail snakes way up around U Village...not sure why you guys walk it.

Another cool story: U Village was built on a dump...or near one. IDK. My mom grew up not too far. My uncle claims they used to walk down the hill and shoot rats in it. My uncle says a lot of things though.

I may or may not have rowed out in a wider rowing single from the Old Conibear Shellouse and shot at @Canadawg Geese with a sling shot. Fuck those things and their toxic shit.

Canada geese were named after the dude that discovered them not the country

@Canadawg has enough trouble right now between curling and hockey about to get their butts kicked.

Race, your brother didn't have a life. He stared at his phone all day in his smoggy Ravenna apartment on NE 69th and hwy 99. He posted rediculous, baseless, untruthful shit 18 hours a day here, and his millennial followers took it as Gospel, then Pup comes along after his 4 month vacation and shoots his shit out the water battleship style. Then your brother comes back with "thank you Pup for agreeing with me..."

Pup never agreed with anything your brother ever queefed out here, or dawgman back in the day. It's all bologna. Bout time his antifa followers realize it

Too lazy to look for it but the black Gorst stripper, his 5th grade girlfriend who he made out with in the library, and all the rants against that model were classicks
