Braxton Miller to Oregon next year on a graduate transfer.

Rumor is coming from Ohio State twitters (so fuck me, right?). Just what I'm hearing, don't twist.
 
Would he still have to sit a year since he didn't play this year?

Nope. If he has graduated from Ohio State he can transfer anywhere outside of the conference and play immediately. He was in the same high school class as Mariota so he probably is close to graduating.

Exact same situation as Shirley leaving for UNLV and playing right now.

Wait.....Oregon has graduate programs. Since the undergrad requirement is 1.8 gpa the average grad school gpa must be 2.0. Braxton still has some work to do.
