So to the recap, the claim that Rittenhouse wasn't legally suppposed to be there and that he carried an illegal weapon over state lines, and that he wasn't legally in possession of the fire-arm he was carrying, was all bullshit. The prosecution in this case is as dishonest as Hondo.

The whole crossing state lines bit went in the shitter once that dumbfuck DA asked Kyle why he referred to Kenosha as “his community”. The stupid shocked look on his face when Kyle told him that his dad lives there was fucking priceless. The kid is going to walk, sue the fuck out of everyone who slandered him for the next 5-10 years, and spend the rest of his life living a life of hookers and blow that @Swaye could only dream of.

The only testimony they have saying that grainy photo shows him pointing his weapon at someone is the cop who makes that determination from looking at the photo. There is zero eyewitness testimony supporting that claim. Claiming that photo shows anything other than him carrying a gun is a joke. You can't even say the photo shows the type of weapon he is carrying.
