@BleachedAnusDawg I can vote on your post but not the OP. And, yes, the quote and delete features have been AWOL since the upgrade.
 
Also appears that replies are nested within the "quoted" post. I can see that being ok rather than seeing the same post quoted over and over again, but also wonder how messy it could get with 7 layers of nested replies.

seems to have resurfaced in the last hour or so, but who knows if it will stay?

I see it now, too
 
Edit feature is back as well, but it didn't work. After hitting edit, I was given the option to save edits, but there was no text to edit, just a blank space
