So given that lawyers apparently are morally responsible for their choice of clients, I think it’s fair to criticize Ketanji Brown Jackson for representing accused[/s] terrorists.

They are trying to make it like it's the rights version of Brett kavanaugh. But I don't think people really care. Like yeah. He's the pres so he can nominate whoever he wants. the repubs are putting in a token halfhearted opposition.
