I've partied on Granville. Its cool they close the street down but really isn't much different than partying on Cap hill. Whistler is the best spot to party in BC. College weekend was pretty crazy. I've also had some good nights out in Victoria. U Vic is right there and plenty of tourist out at the bars. It's not Victoria's fault that you don't know how to have fun.
