If UW was the higher seed, then why is Texas getting a home field advantage?

Yes this was all done by Michigan to avoid Bama having a home field advantage. Only thing is texas could possibly have New Orleans and Houston as locations
 
yeah with one of the sites being in the south, there was an 81% chance we were getting F'd by the location.

I'll take Texas in Superdome over Alabama in Rose Bowl myself.

Let those two beat up on each other with what should be a very physical game and play the winner for the whole thing a week later in Houston.

Then why even have championship games or even a regular season at all?

Just have Alabama vs. Georgia each year for the title in a season of 1 game.

Just stating facts my friend.
Without the chaos last week or so, they would have put both Alabama and Georgia in. You know they wanted to.

Going to 12 here, so let's see if SEC is truly the dominant conference or not. It's all going to be decided on the field now.

Would love to have a spotlight shined on these cockroaches and their decision making process. Can you imagine a single one sitting in front of a camera and explaining this?

I hope FSU makes a massive stink, they should. Discovery could be months of off-season fodder.
 
Once Alabama beat Georgia, the only questions on the committee's mind was whether Texas or Florida St. was going to get screwed and how to try and spin that screwing.

It appears they found the injury easier to sell than head to head.
