I assumed this based on his recruiting classes. He got a fucking 5 star number 1 DT to Houston.

I do not want Herman. He had some success and recruited well at Ohio State, Houston, and Texas. Must've been hard!

I’m convinced if the head coach of Washington has the drive to be good and actually tries at recruiting and hiring his staff, then he will at worst have a top 3-4 in the conference every year. He probably could do that.
Not sure if he has the drive or if he just wants to have a good time like sark.

I wouldn't be overly excited about Herman but they could do worse. I hate the idea of hiring a HC who just got fired from a HC job. It hardly ever works out.
Then again, Texas was the only place he didn't have overwhelming for success and he can actually recruit.

If you want Herman, just send the article and highlight the part about Herman being socially progressive. She’ll hire him immediately.
