I'm kinda surprised. I thought the Big12 option would win handily.

The recently floated B12/Pac12 merger by I think Stew Mandel at the Athletic is not something I totally hate. It’s an ok way forward from the current situation if nothing better is available.

I just view the ACC schools as generally more valuable and interesting schools than the new B12.[/b] Those schools are more on UW’s level. The only new B12 school I consider on our level - across academis, the entirety of the athletic department, their market size and brand - is Kansas.

Agreed. Sans Texas and Oklahoma, it's a Tweener conference.
