10 being you still have full faith Peterman will deliver a natty within a few seasons, 1 being he should be fired at the 50 yard line following the loss.

A) trouble is relative.

B) I hate to move the goal posts like auburndoog, but I'm resigned to the idea he_needs_more_time for his processes to get bankable reps. Thus my expectation for ASU to cover doesn't materially change the long term prognosis.

Yes I know that position is doodgly, but firing Peterman on the 50 isn't going to make anything better. At all. *

* except Harvey Roads disposition

It would be troublesome to the 10 win goal. That's my barometer for this season being considered a success or not. It's almost a must win to keep that goal alive. For the long term, it really doesn't matter too much.

Once I picked "6" I figured I took a position. No sense keeping one foot on the boat and one on the dock.

I'm all in on the 97-14 50 year old coach... oh, and voting for "5" is for pussies.

We're still treading water from when 3DB was here, losing to Az State would have us on par with last season, and this while having no RB, QB, TE and a very young defense. And having an entirely new system installed. Yea I know, I'm making excuses...

He should always feel the threat of being fired at the 50-yard line. He is the type of coach who will thrive under that pressure.
