The thing often forgotten is that Price played well one time in three years against a good defense.

I understand that. Sankey couldn't beat those teams by himself either. I don't think he makes a difference this year either. And that's not a knock on him.

He couldn't beat people by himself but he damn sure could have not fumbled the Arizona game away if nothing else. Sankeys absolutely a difference maker.

I just think we can do this literally every year. What of Billy Joe never got suspended? What if Tui redshirted so we had him in 01? What if RN didn't get fired before 02? What if Lester Towns never played pickup basketball? What if Bobby Moore didn't hate Jim Owens? What if Corey Dillon went to two classes?

Somebody will make this post next year about Shaq. LRR

You serious pudbeater? Sanky wouldnt have helped Miles find an open receiver. If we simply had a capable qb, we'd have 2 losses (ucla and Oregon) and be in the fiesta bowl.

Sankey would have got stuffed too as 8 guys on every team killed the TB, knowing Miles couldnt complete a forward or horizontal pass

Price had games just as bad, if not worse than Miles almost every time he faced a decent defense. We still would have lost to Oregon and UCLA. I bet we would have blown another as well. The only thing Price would have done is beat ASU and help us blow out the shitty teams by more.
