Great. Hopefully with all these great players the basketball team can actually start designing plays rather than the rat ball undisciplined bullshit that has become our style.

How the fuck we didn't do more with Ross and Wroten is beyond me.
 
Oh i agree. He recruits these players
so he can play rat ball. Having said that, I'm not convinced
Petersen's "we want to develop you as more than just a
player" pitch is going to bring in the kind of talent to
make up ground on Stanford and Oregon. Guess we'll see,
but he's going to have to close this class pretty strong just
to maintain the gap.

I was extremely surprised to read about this. I thought it was just free pub!!!11!! It's one thing to get in early on a fast riser like M Chriss from Cali and show him the love get him in the boat early. It's completely in a whole other atmosphere getting a top20 5star out of Baltimore fucking Maryland to turn down Louisville, MD, Kentucky, G'Town, let alone UofA, etc. If I'm a teen boy from Baltimore with my pick of offers, I just can't see me wanting to go 2700 miles away to a school that hasn't made the tournment in five years.

Just doesn't add up to me honestly. Unless coach Chill is skipping the venti and going straight for the office picnic-sized dispenser.

True doogism when recruiting *'s actually trump winning BCS games and beating oregon. Husky basketball needs to win. Plain and simple. The rest of the hype and bullshit surrounding potential recruits is pointless. Romar has won with less, lost with a lot of talent. NCAA or fire him.
