Ideas for CircleJerk 2.0?

Last season I had brackets of: OGs, Millennials, Eccentrics, and Misfits. I did everything in like a spontaneous hour-long session and didn't think everything through. This time I've scraped the entire forum and have my list of users sorted by activity levels. I also suspect some previous 5 star players won't fare as well this time.

Should it still be a 4 bracket/64 player tourney? What ideas do you have for brackets? Maybe a bunch of smaller brackets instead? Trying to maximize the amount of closeish games possible. Too many blowouts last time. Random ideas: Old vs Young, Beyond the Grave, Non-UW , Tug bracket (fucking kill me slowly), etc etc

If you want individual matchup threads from last year unlocked just PM me. I locked them so this forum wasn't spammed out afterwards.
 
No “in memoriam” entries. If they got banned or chose to LEAVE!, fuck ‘em! They can stay dead.

It would be interesting to limit the field to just new people or those below a certain poast count.
 
You tried to do me a favor with a first round mercy killing last time. I appreciated it, but I'd like a little more this time around. Let's get together and talk about how I can win this thing.

I realized after last year's tourney that I really didn't appreciate how special it was because I've been looking for more out of life. Just being an elite poster is no longer enough. I am therefore retiring from any competition and am happy to report that @Swaye has been hired in my place. I urge everyone to get behind him and GO DAWGS!
 
I think some sort of Circle Jerk would be fun and I'm down to brainstorm. But I think replicating what we did in 2019 on an annual basis is too much. At the most it should be a once every 3 to 4 years thing. The emotional toll on the bored is too high.

I have it on good authority that @swaye mislead the HH electorate. It's only been for the good of the bored that I have not asked @DerekJohnson to open and investigation.

Sorting by post count could be interesting.

Work Life Balance Bracket

Boobs Memorial Power Bracket

No clue how you’d set the ranges for each bucket to achieve a roughly equal distribution.

I am also very open to this. Maybe we space it out several years.
