Pete's faith in him is misguided. Geno seems like a nice guy but he's not a franchise QB. What I just witnessed on 3rd and 18 is completely unacceptable for a guy making $25 million a year or whatever.

He doesn't want to coach some young kid at quarterback or any other position unless it's defense/receiver.
 
Thought he played really well with backup tackles. That one play was awful but the overall performance was more than acceptable.

To me he's Dave Krieg. Slightly above average but not a franchise QB worth all that money that works against the cap.
