Yep, the government is their husband. Uncle Sugar always provides for them. But it's not just black single mom's it's all single mom's just happens to be a hell of lot more black single mom's than any other. Since we no longer hold people responsible for their own choices blaming and shaming the people who are having these kids out of wedlock is out. So we blame it on "racism"
