I keep getting an "overcapacity" screen

2. Delete your c:\windows\system32 folder.
3. Format your hard drive.

I tried that, but it keeps telling me it can't delete some of those files because they are in use.

Does this mean I caught a virus?

See that metal clasp on the top of your hard drive? It is what locks your HD from editing. You have to use a high-powered magnet to unlock the drive and then you can follow Boobs' instructions.

See that metal clasp on the top of your hard drive? It is what locks your HD from editing. You have to use a high-powered magnet to unlock the drive and then you can follow Boobs' instructions.

The Geniuses at the Apple Store said my drive doesn't look like that. It's solid state.

That's a virus if it's on an Apple machine.
