Does Ms. Jackson work for airline dispatch and maintenance where they manage the flow of airplanes throughout the system based on maintenance needs, etc.? Didn't think so.

What routes airframes end up on depend on many factors. This was just a random occurrence of this Horizon airplane ending up on the Pullman segment; no different than the WSU plane flying into Eugene.

I suggest Ms. Jackson stick to worrying about debits & credits for a certain high school in Temecula.
