How many fishermen from a mostly 3rd world country put $45,000 (minimum) worth of boat motors on an open top skiff? I am going to assume the number would be zero. Come on hh, you have experience in Roche Harbor, a yacht resort, like I do. That ain't happening with that kind of open top fast boat unless you are smuggling drugs.
