This stunt doesn’t really help further the argument against AA. Despite the implication of the Accepted/Rejected photos, he didn’t ever apply as an Indian American. And the “black” applicant had exactly the one offer of admission he accepted against 19 rejections.

I had a cousin that was rejected and then reapplied who did the same thing. He was accepted when the only thing changed on the application was the race. He couldn't go since he doesn't look black at all but he just wanted to see what would happen. That was back in the '70's.
