University Ave in the U District is basically the skid row of the area. Sketchy people hang out there. Twenty years ago it was sketchy but fine. Now its sketchy, seedy and possibly dangerous

I was robbed on The Ave back in the day. $20. Then got to sit in the back of a squad car in hiding while 6 cops pulled the guy over and took him down with guns to his head.

Straight up asks “So….do you want to reup and get tickets or what?” I said “no.” She almost hung up before asking why. I responded I thought the athletic department has no idea what it is doing, NIL, and the transfer portal has lost interest for me. She agreed with me, understood, and thanked me for my past support.
