It’s a new era with a coach that has had success both as an OC and a head coach. Like any hire, it’s a risk but I agree that it should be a time of excitement. We upgraded. We can worry about his ceiling a couple of seasons in.

I love that it’s not a flashy hire. We hired a no frills winner from South Dakota that isn’t going to accept shitty football.
