My only hesitation as an employer - if she's badmouthing MAGAs online, who's to say she's not spitting in the MAGA customer's food or worse? Maybe she's got some symbol she puts on the MAGA customers' tickets and the cooks pisses in their soup?
Businesses exist because of their customers and alienating any portion of them just isn't good practice.

After further review I think she got exactly what she wanted.
If I found out about it I would pull that person aside and there would be some kind of "either you take it down or you can't work here" and she gives you attitude at all then you cut bait at that point. "So you don't want to serve a large % of our clients so I can't employ you here anymore" should have been the natural cause and effect after she undoubtedly gives some whiny fucking response.
